Web App
JFMs own media consultants would each have their own unique login to log in to the web app. Each consultant would then be assigned a customer.
Admin Panel
The platform includes an admin panel where an administrator can make minor adjustments to the platform.
Product Presentation
The platform allowed the consultant to take the customer through a journey through the digital world with a deck presentation, each slide complementing a live presentation.
Website Analyzer
Upon entering a customer's website URL, the platform executed a website analyzer, providing a detailed assessment of the website's SEO condition. This feature facilitated a deeper understanding of the customer's digital needs.
CMS Integration
Integration with JFM's own CMS system, SuperOffice, ensured synchronization between the platforms, so whenever a consultant or customer would be created in SuperOffice, then the platform would automatically create them in its own system.
Ordering System
Whenever a customer has decided on the products they want to buy, the system would automatically send out the information to both the customer, the consultant and the accounting department.
